Shipping

All orders are shipped with DHL Express. The parcel can be delivered directly to your home, office or DHL Service Point (if available in your location).

Using your work address is recommended, since orders are usually delivered between 8 and 17. If you're not available during the first delivery attempt, DHL will contact you to arrange a more suitable time of delivery. The maximum amount of delivery attempts DHL will attempt is three, after which the order will be returned to us.

If there is a DHL service point near you, you can contact your local DHL for arranging the delivery there. The parcel will be held there for 10 days before returning it back to us.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are free of charge in Europe. For returns outside of the European Union, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

How to return
  • Inform us
  • Pack the item(s)
    • Pack the items in the original package with all accessories included in the delivery.
    • Send the item(s) back
      • EU - Use the return label that came in the box to return your order. Place it on top of the original shipping label. Arrange the pickup by calling your local DHL, or go to www.dhl.com to book a pickup. A DHL service point can also be used to drop off the return package depending on your location.
      • United States and Rest of the world - After informing us about your return, a return label and pre-filled customs papers will be given to you via email. DHL will call you to arrange a pickup. Print the return label, attach the return label on top of the original shipping label and hand the customs documents to the courier.

     

    Exchanges

    In case you would wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, we recommend that you first make a new order for the desired item, and fill our return form online for the item you wish to return

    Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

    If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

      

    Payments

    For payment processing we're using StripePaypal and Apple Pay.

    When using Stripe, you can pay your purchases with all the major credit cards, and even with a Visa Electron (if e-payment is enabled).

    How to find the right size

    Our sizing is fairly standard, so ordering your usual size in a slim fit shirt should do the trick.

    “I still have my doubts!" Compare your best fitting shirt to our size chart below and find the best match. This tends to be the most efficient way to get it right.
