Shipping

Free shipping for all orders over 160€ in Europe.

Free returns in Europe. For rest of the world, we collect a handling fee of 20€ for the return.

We offer both a fully trackable GLS Courier and postal shipping and a 1-3 days DHL Express Courier Shipping. You'll always receive a tracking code with the shipping confirmation.

To U.S. we only ship via DHL Express to ensure a swift and reliable delivery service.

*1-3 day shipping is guaranteed to European countries. Shipping to North America and Rest Of The World will take 3-7 days.

If you receive damaged products, or you just have a hunch that something else is wrong with your order, don't hesitate to contact us. We will naturally compensate the product and shipping and return costs of a damaged order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking code with the shipping confirmation.

We recommend tracking your orders with Aftership.

Finnish orders can also be tracked at Posti

DHL Express Courier Shipping orders can be tracked at DHL's site.

Problems with tracking 

In case of a long period with no tracking update, you should try to track your order from your Country's local partner.

Returns and exchanges

Free returns in Europe. From returns outside of EU, we'll collect a handling fee of 10€ when refunding your order.

When returning an item, always mark the reason of the return also on the shipping list that comes with your order.

Finnish Returns

  1. Fill up our return form.
  2. Wait for instructions to arrive via e-mail including an identifier number.
  3. Pack your order to the original or a similar package and include the shipping list. Mark the reason of the return to the provided sheet.
  4. Take it to the nearest Posti office. At the counter, tell the identifier number and Posti will send your order to us.

Europe Returns

  1. Fill up our return form.
  2. You will soon be asked a suitable collection time by the courier.
  3. Pack your goods to the original package and include the shipping list. Mark the reason of the return on the provided sheet.
  4. The courier collects your return on the agreed time.

US Returns

  1. Fill up our return form.
  2. Wait for a prepaid USPS return label to arrive to you via e-mail.
  3. Pack your order to the original package and mark the reason of the return on the provided sheet. Also return the shipping list that arrived with the order. Take the package to your local USPS office.
  4. Your order will be refunded, once the parcel reaches a distribution centre in the US.

Rest Of The World Returns

  1. Fill up our return form.
  2. Wait for instructions to arrive via e-mail.
  3. Pack your order to the original package and mark the reason of the return on the provided sheet.
  4. Send the package to the address given in the e-mail.

Return pricing

Finland: FREE

Europe: FREE

USA and Canada: 10€

ROW: 10€

Your return will be refunded, once the goods make their way back to our warehouse or a local parcel hub, which will usually take between two to four weeks depending on the country you returned the goods from. We charge and refund our orders with Euros (€) and we're unfortunately unable to effect the exchange rates difference at the moment of purchase and return payment (refund). 

If you want to order a different size or different product, you can simply make a new order at our site and use the return instructions to return the unsuitable product.


VAT/Sales tax discounts

Customers outside of the European Union are exempt from Finnish consumer tax, also better known as VAT. It is currently 24%. You will receive the deduction at the checkout after selecting your shipping country.

If you're located outside the EU, you might have to pay customs or other import fees. However, the -24% VAT deduction should be a pretty good compensation in the most cases.

Payments

For payment processing we're using StripePaypal and Apple Pay.

When using Stripe, you can pay your purchases with all the major credit cards, and even with a Visa Electron (if e-payment is enabled).
